The Chair of Internet-based Information Systems (IBIS) at the TU München dedicates its work to research and education in decision theory and decision support systems. We work on the development of efficient solutions to decision and planning problems for the purpose of optimizing business processes.

Current application areas include combinatorial auctions, IT service management, and analytical customer relationship management.
